Nomcebo is a 27-year-old female who graduated at the Market Theatre Laboratory where she undergone her training as a multifaceted performer in acting, singing, physical movement, theatre making, improvising, Directing, dance and performance full time course. She gained employment with Isibani productions as a stage manager and Personal assistant and had the opportunity to travel to Newcastle, Durban and Mpumalanga, where they were on a quest to look for young, new and fresh talent to device work, then perform it in their respectable communities, and further it if they wish to. She has always believed in doing community work; hence she’s also been part of NGO’S, and NPO’s. She joined Assitej SA (as an administrative assistant) because she believes they share the same core values and vision.

Ashvir is a Researcher, Teacher-Facilitator, Physical Theatre Practitioner, and a Listening Hour Guide. He holds a BA Hons Dramatic Arts with distinctions, MA by Dissertation, and MA Applied Drama and Theatre at Drama for Life from the University of Witwatersrand. He aims to improve the quality and accessibility of Arts Education and Social justice programs in South Africa. He has earned multiple certificates in Child Protection: Law and Ethics, First class of academic excellence and Ethical conduction in Research. He holds five years of professional teaching and facilitation experience in Drama and Theatre, including Data Analytics, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, Research Methodologies and Teaching-Facilitation in Botswana Maru-A-Pula, McAuleys Girl School, Michael Mount Waldorf, Phoenix College and St Marys. Ashvir worked as an Usher, Theatre Crew and Executive Assistant at Wits Theatre and Kollective Africa respectively, developing skills in communication, organisation, administration, theatre management and teamwork.
